Description

"Exhale’s Core Fusion will tone you from head to toe" --Prevention

A quarter of a million people have transformed their bodies at the exclusive Exhale Spa--now you can get these same results at home.

Named "Best Fusion Class" by New York magazine, this unique program is one of the quickest, most effective ways to get a thin, sleek physique. In five segments of 10 minutes each, the Pilates-based moves deliver washboard abs, perfectly sculpted arms and shoulders, and a tighter, higher backside—quick.

The secret to Core Fusion Pilates Plus is that it works from the inside out, integrating your core with every go. The deep-toning approach goes far beyond the surface muscles, working hard-to-reach areas that traditional exercises can’t reach. Infused with yoga-inspired postures and core-conditioning exercises, this invigorating workout produces real results and will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Core Fusion creators Fred DeVito and Elisabeth Halfpapp have over 50 years’ combined experience teaching Pilates, yoga, dance, and Tai Chi, disciplines that inform the Pilates Plus workout. They are founding team members of Exhale, a leading mind/body spa with locations around the country.

  1. this tape is fantastic for someone who is very advanced, but the moves are beneficial

  2. I chose to give regular pilates a try (I’ve done 2 of Ellen Barrett’s Pilates workouts, and like them), and I was bored to death! The core section is the only section that I found even remotely challenging. I didn’t break a sweat, and was bothered by the voiceover instruction. I will be selling this one!

  3. This program claims to be Pilates, but really isnt. I was hoping to buy a DVD similar to traditional Mat Pilates. Instead this DVD is more a collection of toning exercises. The exercises are excellent and will most likely tone if done frequently enough, but still NOT Pilates!

  4. This is a fantastic dvd workout, some parts are hard, but with time it will get simpler, highly recommend

  5. Wow. I consider myself in excellent/fantastic shape, and this workout was very challenging! If you are a beginner or do not have decent balance and core strength to start off with then this is not the DVD for you.

Otherwise, you can challenge yourself with each segment, and you will feel the results immediately. I feel fantastic after this workout because I know it is making a real difference. It’s incredible that such small movements can be so challenging! And the segment length is not too long so it is simpler to push yourself harder.

Anyone have any recommendations for other workouts that would go along well with this one?
