  1. It’s really, REALLY excellent. I like Callanetics, as well. It develops long, lean muscles…and keeps them that way. I’ve been doing it for 20 years.

  2. Yes it does I haver gone from a size 22W (3X) to a size 14 in a year…slimmer and feel fantastic……Coolest part is you can do it at home or in a gym….:-)
