What you receive if you order this is quite different from what is described.
This dvd came with only one resistance band. The video accompanying it does not clarify how to use the resistance bands. Instead, it shows excercises that have to be performed standing up and that do not make use of a resistance band. There is no address on the packaging or on the Funcersice website to which a complaint or return can be sent.
I am sure the exercises on the video are excellent for fully ambulatory young people. For seniors with arthritis who have distress standing, the video is worthless. I guess I can figure out how to use the resistance bands, but there is nothing to show me.

The exercises are appropriate for the targeted age group. One of the two bands provided with the DVD, but, is far too small to comply with the video as shown. Laying flat, the band is just over one foot in length doubled and should be at least two and a half times as long. When sitting, one is directed to place band under the outstretched feet and pull hands up to ones chin – impossible with that small band. If an additional band is available, I would appreciate receiving one. Thanks.

I have physical limitations and have never been pleased with ANY of the exercise DVD’s or tapes I’ve gotten in the past. I am very pleased to report that this is a fantastic workout DVD. There are a few things with the photography that could have been better, but overall I rate this a 5 for it’s content. I have seen such an improvement in myself in just 4 weeks it’s wonderful. I highly recommend this tape for anyone that is just starting to exercise, may have some physical limitations, or just wants an exercise DVD they can keep up with!! Thank you Sunshine!!!

I bought this Seniors resistance band exercise (Funcercise) Dvd together with the Seniors lightweight exercise Dvd.
I am now 75 years ancient and work as a full-time histologist. I retired and chose to return to work. I keep up with the demanding and fascinating and intricate workload for three and a half years.
I have been greatly helped in doing so as a result of the muscle and strengthening exercises I have been doing with the Seniors Resistance Bands Funcercise Dvds. My sister Daisy & Myself have lost weight about Ten lbs, each and feel more energetic everyday.
I no longer have shoulder pains when operating the microtone. I have received numerous compliments since my sister (age 73) and I have been training with these Dvds which are very simple & simple to do. The way Sunshine first demonstrates the Exercises and then the Funcercises start making it very simple for us to follow. The resistance bands are fantastic because they conform to my/sisters resistance levels.
I literally run up the steps to reach the LIRR train every day.
We like these gorgeous Dvds that are filmed on the beach. Also the narration is very simple with nice music. Altogether this is the best seniors exercise Dvd that we have and like to use it a lot.
These wonderful Seniors Funcercise along with the Lightweight exercise DVDs are excellent for Seniors and Elderly like us.
We highly recommend these DVDs to anyone who wants to gain better health, strength and mobility.

I got this DVD with the Resistance Bands + The Light Weight Balls, because I can’t close my hands due to Arthritis, This is a very excellent exercise DVD that helped me in getting stronger and reliving Arthritis pain that I have in my shoulder and hips.
The Exercises are very well done simple and simple to do, Sunshine demonstrates the exercises very well.
The Exercise routine covers all the body parts with Simple simple yet effective exercises.
I started doing the first part of the upper body exercises with the light weight Arthritis balls and the Resistance bands sitting and I alternate between both the exercise DVD routines doing the weight balls one day and the resistance bands exercises the other day so I wont get bored.
Now in just 6 weeks I am doing the whole exercise routine Standing , because the second part of the exercises are done standing while holding the back of a chair, which gave me added balance and I gained a lot more strength in my legs, lower body and back.
I have seen a Huge improvement in just 8 weeks in my Strength & Balance.
I recommend this Exercise DVD to Everyone including Seniors & Elderly that want to gain strength and improve their joint mobility and Health.
