		<description>I am a big fan of Kristen McGee&#039;s workouts.  No matter what dvds I buy, I always go back to hers.  This is a great addition to your yoga and pilates collection.  You can do one 60 min. workout or 2 30 min. practices.  I would put this in an intermediate to advanced level but beginners could do most of the exercises with some adjustments.

&lt;br /&gt;i must admit, i was extremely excited to see that mtv put out pilates and yoga fitness tapes.  i figured, &quot;hey, maybe there will be some decent music involved and i wont get bored out of my mind.&quot;
&lt;br /&gt;well this was not the case.
&lt;br /&gt;it involves typical workout music, despite the fact that it says &quot;oh DJ whatever rockin the music.&quot;
&lt;br /&gt;no. theres isnt and adrenaline pumping music.
&lt;br /&gt;so if youre looking for a fun workout,
&lt;br /&gt;this is not it.

		<description>I bought this DVD (as I have many others) based on the fact that it is supposed to be &quot;customizable.&quot;  First, the DVD did not specify the amount of time each section was allowed.  Second, the feature that allowed the user to customize did not work with my DVD. I had to do &quot;arms&quot; first, and then the rest of the workout in the order presented.  I was not allowed to switch the workout around.  Third, I could only pick 3 of the 6 workouts in my &quot;customized&quot; session.  Not happy at all with that as I would have liked to add more.  This DVD was not user friendly and the information needed to time the workout is not there for the user.

		<description>I was disappointed in this DVD.  I have done a decent amount of yoga and pilates; however, I couldn&#039;t believe how difficult this was.  The first workout was practically impossible for me, as it required SO much upper body strength.  It put a ton of strain on my wrists.  Kristin McGee is lifeless, and she never explained what parts of the body each exercise was suppossed to be targeting as most instructors do.
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;Kristin tells you if you&#039;re a beginner to watch so-and-so for modifications, however, the way the DVD is edited makes this impossible as the &quot;beginner&quot; person isn&#039;t always in view.
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;This DVD left me annoyed and discouraged.
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;If you are looking for a total body, low-impact workout, I highly reccommend Carmen Electra&#039;s &quot;Fit to Strip.&quot;  Unlike Kristin McGee, Carmen is very fun and down to earth.  She makes you feel like you&#039;re working out with your best friend.

&lt;br /&gt;I also reccommend Winsor Pilates, Tae Bo, and The Firm dvds instead of this one.
