"Lose the jiggle without the gym" --Marie Claire

A quarter of a million people have transformed their bodies at the exclusive Exhale Spa--now you can get these same results at home.

Build a strong core, develop washboard abs, improve posture, and make a tighter, firmer physique with Core Fusion Body Sculpt. This total-body program employs exercises that tone and sculpt your deepest, hard-to-reach muscles so it’s more efficient and effective than traditional strength training. You’ll use your own body weight as resistance and small hand weights to really challenge and build your muscles.

Segmented into five focused workouts of just 10 minutes each, these exercises target the whole body, from arms and shoulders to glutes, hips, thighs, and abs. The unique Core Fusion system will strengthen your body, silent your mind, and improve your overall well-being while redefining your physique from head to toe.

Core Fusion creators Fred DeVito and Elisabeth Halfpapp have over 50 years’ combined experience teaching Pilates, yoga, dance, and Tai Chi, disciplines that inform the Body Sculpt workout. They are founding team members of Exhale, a leading mind/body spa with locations around the country.Amazon.com

  3. I paid for a “Groundbreaking new” DVD and they sent me a used one (fixed with a tight plastic wrap to make it look like new). Customer representatives are telemarketers, every time you contact them you receive their very same standarized message just with a different name below (Teresa, Andrea, Megan, Susan). The message says you can either return the item (to a dishonest/lier/scamer?, no thanks) or choose a partial refund of 1$ (yes, 1$). Check out their feedback (all their excellent reviews are now suspicious to me) other negative reviews prove they’ve been dishonest for a while and they’ll continue to do so.

  4. I bought this item because amazon said it was “frequently bought” with another DVD I wanted to buy. So, I bought this item on a whim. I do not like it at all. It is very simple to hurt yourself by doing these moves the incorrect way. IF you were taught these very hard exercises in a gym-setting with a trainer, then you might get something out of this DVD. But if you don’t really know what you’re doing (and ESPECIALLY if you’re a novice), this isn’t for you.

Also, personally, I found the 2 people on the DVD annoying and uninspiring. If I trained rich people in NYC and had all day to work out and do yoga, I’d look like them too! But I can’t and I don’t.

  5. The reason I gave this video a 4-star is due to the fact that there is no cardio…but, I am not an expert and this kind of workout may provide you with cardio (may need to do research on that). On the other hand, this is fantastic if you despise cardio and the “lack of oxygen” workout. Other than that, the workout is fantastic. I have been doing Jill Michael’s 30-day shred video, but, CoreFusion worked out areas that I had not worked out with Jill’s video. It is intense but worth it!!
