		<description>Plyometrics is a good workout, its pretty much &quot;explosive training&quot; say you take a medicine ball, find a brick wall, and throw it against it as hard as you can like a chest pass with a basketball. thatll work your core muscles pretty good. theres a whole bunch of exercises like that, just gotta look them up</description>
